About Us
We’re her to tell a story. A story about waves on waves of a movement. A movement that’s taken 50 years to get to this point, and a movement that’s once again taken on a new life in our small, Pacific Northwest, coastal community.

- A ridge of high land dividing two areas that are drained by different river systems.
This project ignites from a need to tell the stories that are bubbling up around us. The stories of those poisoned, directly and indirectly. The stories of the people who’ve set out to change the rules. And the stories of the timber pioneers who are doing things differently.
poison
poi′zən
noun
- A substance that causes injury, illness, or death, especially by chemical means.
- Something destructive or fatal.
Friends of 27 years, we’re here to give voice to a myriad of perspectives on the subject of, not only Oregon’s practice of allowing the timber industry and chemical companies to poison people, plants, animals, and the entirety of Oregon’s complex watershed system, but examples of ways we can do things better.
